Registration Fees
The registration fee is carried out by transferring funds to the conference account using the specified details.
– The registration fee for foreign participants except Ukraine and EAES countries is 600 €.
The registration fee includes:
• Accommodation in a single room with three meals per day
• The Conference Bag with Conference materials
• Participation in all Conference events
• Excursion
– The registration fee for foreign young scientists (MS and PhD students and PostDocs) is 400 € The copy of certificate of their positions should be sent to the Local Organizing Committee before payment the fee.
The registration fee includes:
• Accommodation in a double room with three meals per day
• The Conference Bag with Conference materials
• Participation in all Conference events
• Excursion
– For foreign participants except Ukraine and EAES countries, who wish to participate in the conference in an online format, the registration fee is 50 €.
The registration fee for the online participants includes an abstract publication in the conference book of abstracts. All participants will be provided with a digital book of abstracts.
The duration of stay at the boarding hous should be agreed with the Local Organizing Committee (icmsa@imp.uran.ru).
